Adrian Glatt has a long-standing track record of more than 20 years in commercial real estate.
From 2008 until 2023, Adrian worked within the capital markets team of JLL, with the last 7 years as Head of Capital Markets for Belgium and Luxembourg. In this capacity, he oversaw more than €10 billion of transactions, including most of the major office, shopping centre, logistics, and living transactions of the last decade, such as the sale of the Generali portfolio (Patrizia), Silver Tower (Deka), Passport building (Befimmo), Euroclear HQ (SIM), Covent Garden (Hannover Leasing), Bastion Tower (Schroders), Viridis (Patrizia), the Generali portfolio (Patrizia), Woluwe Shopping Center (EuroCommercial), Gallery Saint-Lambert (AG RE), AG RE Logistics portfolio (Prologis), the Antwerp Tower (Matexi), The Link (Baloise) and many more.
Prior to being active as a real estate professional, Adrian was a Member of the Brussels Bar, practicing different areas of commercial law such as Real Estate, Corporate Law (M&A), Law of Contracts, and general Commercial Law.
Adrian holds a Master of Law from the Catholic University of Leuven as well as an LL.M. from the University of Nottingham. He also obtained an Executive Master in Corporate Finance from the Vlerick Business School and a Postgraduate in Real Estate from the University of Leuven.
Adrian is fluent in Dutch, French, English, and German.
Kristof Buelens has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector.
He worked for the JLL BeLux Capital Markets team between 2020 and 2025 as Senior Director and combined Head of Logistics & Living Capital Markets. Kristof developed the JLL Living business into a market-leading position and was involved in reference transactions such as the sale of Viridis (Besix RED to Patrizia), City Dox V (Atenor to SLRB), and Twin Falls (Eaglestone to IRP). He also brokered several logistics deals for major market actors such as CBRE IM, GXO, Heylen Warehouses, and Intervest.
Prior to JLL, Kristof worked between 2016 and 2020 as Asset Manager and Head of Investment Services for Quares REIM where he was responsible for the commercial management of diversified real estate portfolios as well as investment management for Quares Student Housing, later sold to BE REIT XIOR.
Kristof started his career in 2013 as Financial Auditor at Deloitte Bedrijfsrevisoren.
Kristof holds a Master of Business Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven and Université catholique de Louvain as well as a Master of International Politics from the Catholic University of Leuven.
Kristof is fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
